This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Glimr, a service operated by InfiniteIntel Limited. By using the Service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree with any term of this policy, please stop using the Service immediately.

  1. General Policy
    All purchases made through Glimr are final, and we do not offer refunds unless specified in this policy. However, we understand that issues may arise and will do our best to ensure a satisfactory resolution for you.

  1. Digital Goods (Consumables)
    Glimr offers virtual items such as in-app purchases, credits, or digital content. These digital goods are non-refundable once delivered to your account.

  • Once these items are used, they are considered consumed and cannot be refunded.

  • Unused items may be eligible for review only if there is a technical issue (see section 4).

  1. Subscriptions
    If you subscribe to a premium service or membership with Glimr:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, yearly).

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods.

  • Refund requests for subscriptions must be submitted through the platform provider (e.g., App Store, Google Play), and are subject to their policies.

  1. Technical Issues
    In the event of a technical issue, such as purchased items not being delivered or features not being activated:

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, and if necessary, assist you in contacting the platform provider for a potential refund.

  • Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved, and this is subject to the platform provider's policies.

  1. Accidental Purchases
    If you believe a purchase was made accidentally:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed, as they will be processed according to the platform provider’s policies.

  • Unauthorized purchases may lead to account suspension or termination if found necessary.

  1. Chargebacks
    If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider:

  • Your Glimr account may be suspended or terminated.

  • You may lose access to purchased items, services, or premium content.

  • We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback.

  1. No Real-World Value
    All virtual items available on Glimr:

  • Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other platforms.

  • Can only be used within the Glimr platform and cannot be exchanged or refunded outside of Glimr.

  1. Platform-Based Refund Handling
    All purchases are processed by third-party platforms such as the App Store or Google Play.

  • Refunds for purchases made on Glimr must be handled directly through these platforms and are subject to their refund policies.

  • We are unable to issue refunds independently outside of technical issues or other specific exceptions.

  1. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
    We monitor for refund abuse, including multiple refund requests from the same user or fraudulent chargebacks. Accounts found engaging in these activities may be restricted or permanently banned from the Service.

    InfiniteIntel Limited reserves the right to update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here and will take effect immediately upon publication.
